1. No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable, sensitive, and research-specific nature of our products, PrimePeptix does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
This policy is standard across the research chemical industry because products cannot be safely restocked or resold after leaving controlled storage conditions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are considered final once dispatched.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
We ask all customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

You must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier:
